يا بيعةَ القدسِ المؤمنةO holy Church, the faithful oneÔ sainte Église, la fidèle’Edat qoudsho mhaymanto

ܕܪܶܥܝܳܐ ܛܳܒܳܐ ܘܫܰܡܺܝܢܳܐ

ها هو المرعَى الطيّبُ والدَسِمBehold the good and rich pastureVoici le pâturage bon et grasD’re’yo tobo w’shamino

ܣ̣ܳܡ ܩܽܘܕܡܰܝܟܝ ܚܰܬܢܳܐ ܕܡܰܟ̣ܪܶܟܝ

قد وضَعَه أمامَكِ الختنُ خطّيبُكِThat the Bridegroom who betrothed you has set before youQue l’Époux qui t’a fiancée a placé devant toiSom qoudmayk hatno d’makrekh

ܘܫܶܩܝܳܐ ܕܡܶܡܬܽܘܡ ܠܳܐ ܨܳܗܶ݀ܝܢ

ܘܶܐܫ̣ܬܳܝ ܬܽܘܒ ܪܽܘܚܳܐ ܒܚܰܡܪܳܐ

واشرَبِي أيضًا الروحَ في الخمرAnd drink also the Spirit in the wineEt bois aussi l’Esprit dans le vinW’eshtoy toub rouho b’hamro

ܕܰܒܢܽܘܪ ܘܰܒܪܽܘܚ ܬܶܨܛܰܒ̣ܬܺܝܢ

ܘܟܺܐܢ̈ܶܐ ܘܟܳܗ̈ܢܶܐ ܘܙܰܕܺܝ̈ܩܶܐ

الأبرار، الكهنةِ والصدّيقينAnd the upright and the priests and the righteousLes hommes droits, les prêtres et les justesW’kiné w’kohné w’zadiqé

ܘܡܰܥܡܽܘܕܺܝܬܳܐ ܘܰܨܠܺܝܒܳܐ

ألمعموديّةِ والصليبAnd baptism and the crossEt le baptême et la croixW’ma’moudito wa’slibo

ܘܡܰܕܒܰܚ ܩܽܘܕܫܳܐ ܡܚܰܣܝܳܢܳܐ

ومذبحِ القدسِ الغافِرAnd the holy altar that grants forgivenessEt l’autel saint qui accorde le pardonW’madbah qoudsho mhasyono

ܕܣܺܝܡ ܥܠܰܘܗ̱ܝ ܦܰܓܪܶܗ ܘܰܕܡܶܗ

والانشقاقاتِ المُضِرَّةِ والشكُوكَAnd the evil divisions and the stumbling blocksEt les schismes néfastes et les scandalesW’sedqé bishé w’makshoulé

ܘܰܐܩܺܝ̣ܡ ܒܳܗ̇ ܪ̈ܳܥܰܘܳܬܳܐ

أَقِمْ فيها رعاةًAnd raise up in her shepherdsEt suscite en elle des pasteursW’aqim boh ro’awoto

ܕܢܶܪܥܽܘ̣ܢܳܗ̇ ܐܰܝܟ ܨܶܒܝܳܢܳܟ

يرعُونَها وِفقَ إرادتِكَWho will shepherd her according to your willQui la conduiront selon ta volontéD’ner’ounoh ayk sebyonokh

ܘܟܰܢ̣ܶܫ ܝܰܠܕܶܝ̈ܗ̇ ܠܓܰܘ ܥܽܘܒܳܗ̇

واجمَعْ أولادَها في حضنِهاAnd gather her children into her bosomEt rassemble ses enfants en son seinW’kanesh yaldéh l’gaw ’ouboh

ولتفرَحْ معكَ في ملكوتِكَAnd may she rejoice with you in your kingdomEt qu’elle se réjouisse avec toi dans ton royaumeW’amokh tehdé b’malkoutokh
