ܒܝܰܘܡܳܐ ܗܰܘ̇ ܕܰܩܕܳܡ ܚܰܫܳܐ ܕܺܝܠܶܗ
في اليومِ الّذي قبلَ آلامِهِOn the day before His sufferingLe jour avant Sa passionB’yawmo haw da’qdom hasho dilehܢܣ̣ܰܒ ܠܠܰܚܡܳܐ ܒܺܐܝ̈ܕܰܘܗ̱ܝ ܩܰܕܺܝ̈ܫܳܬܳܐ
أخذَ الخبزَ بيدَيه المقدَّستَينHe took bread into His holy handsIl prit le pain dans Ses mains saintesNsab l’lahmo b’idaw qadishotoܘܰܐܪܺܝ̣ܡ ܥܰܝ̈ܢܰܘܗ̱ܝ ܠܘܳܬܳܟ
ورفَعَ عينَيه إليكَAnd lifted up His eyes to YouEt leva les yeux vers ToiWarim ’aynaw lwotokhܐܰܠܳܗܳܐ ܐܰܒܽܘܗ̱ܝ ܐܰܚܺܝܕ ܟܽܘܠ
أيّها الإلهُ أبوهُ الضابطُ الكُلّO God, His almighty FatherÔ Dieu, Son Père tout-puissantAloho abou ahid koulܘܰܐܘ̣ܕܺܝ ܠܳܟ ܘܒ̣ܰܪܶܟ ܘܩ̣ܰܕܶܫ
وشكرَكَ وباركَ وقدَّسَAnd gave You thanks, blessed, and sanctifiedEt Te rendit grâce, bénit, et sanctifiaWawdi lokh w’barekh w’qadeshܘܰܩ̣ܨܳܐ ܘܝܰܗ̱ܒ̣ ܠܬܰܠܡܺܝ̈ܕܰܘܗ̱ܝ ܟܰܕ ܐܳ݀ܡܰܪ
وكسرَ وأعطى تلاميذَه قائلًاAnd broke it, and gave it to His disciples, saying,Et Il le rompit, et le donna à Ses disciples, disant,Waqso w’yab l’talmidaw kad omarܣܰܒ̣ܘ ܐܰܟܽܘ̣ܠܘ ܡܶܢܶܗ ܟܽܠܟܽܘܢ
خذُوا كُلُوا منهُ جميعُكُمTake, eat of it, all of youPrenez, mangez-en tousSabou akhoulou meneh koulkhounܗܳܢܳܐ ܕܶܝܢ ܐܺܝܬܰܘܗ̱ܝ ܦܰܓܪܳܐ ܕܺܝܠܝ
هذا هو جسديThis is My bodyCeci est Mon corpsHono den itaw faghro diliܒܶܗ ܕܶܝܢ ܒܰܙܢܳܐ ܡܶܢ ܒܳܬܰܪ ܕܰܐܚ̣ܫܶܡܘ
كذلك بعدَ أن تعَشَّواIn the same way, after they had dined,De même, après qu’ils eurent dîné,Beh den ba’zno men botar dahshemouܢܣ̣ܰܒ ܒܺܐܝ̈ܕܰܘܗ̱ܝ ܕܺܝܠܶܗ ܕܰܟܝ̈ܳܬܳܐ ܟܳܣܳܐ ܗܳܢܳܐ ܕܰܟܝܳܐ
أخذَ بيدَيه الطاهرتَين هذه الكأسَ الطاهرةHe took the pure chalice in His pure handsIl prit ce calice pur dans Ses mains puresNsab b’idaw dileh dakhyoto koso hono dakhyoܘܰܐܘ̣ܕܺܝ ܠܳܟ ܘܒ̣ܰܪܶܟ ܘܩ̣ܰܕܶܫ
وشكرَكَ وبارَكَ وقدَّسَAnd gave You thanks, blessed, and sanctifiedEt Te rendit grâce, bénit, et sanctifia,Wawdi lokh w’barekh w’qadeshܘܝܰܗ̱ܒ̣ ܠܬܰܠܡܺܝ̈ܕܰܘܗ̱ܝ ܟܰܕ ܐܳ݀ܡܰܪ
وأعطى تلاميذَه قائلًاAnd gave it to His disciples, saying,Et le donna à Ses disciples, disant,W’yab l’talmidaw kad omarܣ̣ܰܒܘ ܐܶܫ̣ܬܰܘ ܡܶܢܶܗ ܟܽܠܟܽܘܢ
خذُوا اشربُوا منها جميعُكُمTake, drink of it, all of youPrenez, buvez-en tous,Sabou eshtaw meneh koulkhounܗܳܢܳܐ ܕܶܝܢ ܐܺܝܬܰܘܗ̱ܝ ܟܳܣܳܐ ܕܕܶܡܝ
هذه هي كأسُ دميThis is the chalice of My bloodCeci est le calice de Mon sang,Hono den itaw koso d’demiܕܕܺܝܰܬܺܝܩܺܝ ܚܕܰܬܳܐ ܕܰܠܥܳܠܰܡ
دَمِ العهدِ الجديدِ الأبديّThe blood of the new and eternal covenantLe sang de l’alliance nouvelle et éternelle,D’diyatiqi hdato dal’olamܪܳܐܙܰܐ ܗ̱ܘ̣ ܕܗܰܝܡܳܢܽܘܬܳܐ
سرِّ الإيمانThe mystery of faithLe mystère de la foi,Rozo ou d’haymonoutoܕܰܚܠܳܦܰܝܟܽܘܢ ܘܰܚܠܳܦ ܣܰܓܺܝ̈ܶܐܐ
الّذي لأجلِكُم ولأجلِ الكثيرينWhich will be shed for you and for manyQui sera versé pour vous et pour la multitude,Da’hlofaykhoun wa’hlof saghiéܡ݀ܶܬܶܐܫܶܕ ܠܫܽܘܒܩܳܢܳܐ ܕܰܚ̈ܛܳܗܶܐ
