ܟܽܠ ܐ̱ܢܳܫ ܢܶܩܽܘ̣ܡ ܙܰܗܝܳܐܝܺܬ

فليقِفْ كلُّ واحدٍ بنقاءLet everyone stand in purityQue chacun se tienne dans la puretéKoul nosh neqoum zahyoit

ܕܟܳܗܢܳܐ ܩܳ݀ܐܶܡ ܡܶܨܥܳܐܝܺܬ

فالكاهنُ واقفٌ متوسّطًاFor the priest stands as mediatorCar le prêtre se tient en médiateurD’kohno qoém mes’oit

ܒܶܝܬ ܐܰܠܳܗܳܐ ܘܰܠܐ̱ܢܳܫ̈ܳܐ

ما بينَ اللهِ والناسBetween God and menEntre Dieu et les hommesBét Aloho wal’noshé

ܘܰܡ̇ܩܰܒܶܠ ܕܶܒܚܶܗ ܕܥܰܡܳܐ

يقبلُ ذبيحةَ الشعبAnd he receives the offering of the peopleEt il reçoit le sacrifice du peupleWa’mqabel debheh d’amo

ܘܰܡ̇ܫܰܕܰܪ ܠܳܗ̇

ويُرسِلُAnd he sends upEt il élèveWa’mshadar loh

ܠܰܨܠܽܘܬܶܗ ܠܪܰܘܡܳܐ

صلاتَهُ إلى العلاءHis prayer to the heightsSa prière vers les hauteursLa’slouteh l’rawmo

ܘܩܳ݀ܪܶܐ ܠܪܽܘܚܳܐ ܟܰܣܝܳܐܝܺܬ

يدعُو الروحَ في الخفاءAnd he calls upon the Spirit in secretEt il invoque l’Esprit en secretW’qoré l’Rouho kasyoit

ܘܢܳܚ̇ܬܳܐ ܨܶܝܕܰܘܗ̱ܝ ܓܰܠܝܳܐܝܺܬ

فتنحدرُ إليهِ جَلِيًّاAnd she descends upon him openlyEt elle descend sur lui ouvertementW’nohto sédaw galyoit

ܘܡܶ݀ܬܓܰܫܡܳܐ ܒܠܰܚܡܳܐ

تأخذُ جسدًا في الخبزAnd takes flesh in the breadEt prend chair dans le painW’metgashmo b’lahmo

ܘܫܳܪ̈ܝܳܐ ܒܟܳܣܳܐ ܕܦܽܘܪܩܳܢܳܐ

وتحِلُّ في كأسِ الخلاصAnd dwells in the cup of salvationEt demeure dans la coupe du salutW’shoryo b’koso d’fourqono

ܘܩܳܪ̈ܒܺܝܢ ܫܳܩ̇ܠܺܝܢ ܚܰܛܳܝ̈ܶܐ

يدنُو الخطأةُ ويتناولُونَAnd sinners draw near and receiveEt les pécheurs s’approchent et reçoiventW’qorbin shoqlin hatoyé

ܦܰܓܪܳܐ ܘܰܕܡܳܐ

الجسدَ والدمَThe body and the bloodLe corps et le sangFagro wa’dmo

ܘܡܶ݀ܬܚܰܣܶܝܢ ܡܶܢ ܚܰܘ̈ܒܰܝܗܽܘܢ

فيتطَّهَرُونَ من ذنوبِهمAnd are cleansed of their sinsEt sont purifiés de leurs péchésW’methasén men hawbayhoun
