وفي اليومِ الّذي قبلَ آلامِه الصانعةِ الحياةAnd on the day before His life-giving PassionEt le jour précédant Sa Passion qui donne la vieWab’yawmo haw da’qdom hasho dileh ma’bed hayéܢܣ̣ܰܒ ܠܠܰܚܡܳܐ ܒܺܐܝ̈ܕܰܘܗ̱ܝ ܩܰܕܺܝ̈ܫܳܬܳܐ
أخذَ الخبزَ بيدَيه المقدّستَينHe took bread in His holy handsIl prit le pain dans Ses mains saintesNsab l’lahmo b’idaw qadishotoܘܒܰܣܪܶܟ ܘܩܰܕܶܫ
وباركَ وقدَّسَHe blessed and sanctifiedIl bénit et sanctifiaW’barekh w’qadeshܘܰܩܨܳܐ ܘܝܰܗ̱ܒ ܠܬܰܠܡܺܝ̈ܕܰܘܗ̱ܝ ܟܰܕ ܐܳܡܰܪ
وكسرَ وأعطى تلاميذَه قائلًاHe broke and gave to His disciples sayingIl rompit et donna à Ses disciples en disantWaqso w’yab l’talmidaw kad omarܣܰܒ̣ܘ ܐܰܟܽܘ̣ܠܘ ܡܶܢܶܗ ܟܽܠܟܽܘܢ
خذُوا كلُوا منه جميعُكُمTake, eat from it all of youPrenez, mangez-en tousSabou akhoulou meneh koulkhounܗܳܢܳܐ ܕܶܝܢ ܐܺܝܬܰܘܗ̱ܝ ܦܰܓܪܳܐ ܕܺܝܠܝ
هذا هو جسديThis is My BodyCeci est Mon CorpsHono den itaw faghro diliܕܰܚܠܳܦܰܝܟܽܘܢ ܘܰܚܠܳܦ ܣܰܓܺܝ̈ܶܐܐ
الّذي من أجلكُم ومن أجل الكثيرينWhich for you and for manyLequel pour vous et pour beaucoupDa’hlofaykhoun wa’hlof saghiéܡ݀ܶܬܩܨܶܐ ܘܡܶ݀ܬܺܝܗܶܒ
يُكسَرُ ويُبذَلُIs broken and givenEst rompu et donnéMetqsé w’metihebܠܚܽܘܣܳܝܳܐ ܕܚܰܘ̈ܒܶܐ
لغفرانِ الذنوبِFor the forgiveness of sinsPour le pardon des péchésL’housoyo d’hawbéܘܰܠܚܰܝ̈ܶܐ ܕܰܠܥܳܠܰܡ ܥܳܠܡܺܝ̈ܢ
وَلِلْحَيَاةِ الأَبَدِيَّةِAnd for eternal lifeEt pour la vie éternelleWal’hayé dal’olam ’olminܐܰܡܺܝܢ
آمينAmenAmenaminܗܳܟܰܢܳܐ ܥܰܠ ܟܳܣܳܐ ܕܰܡܙܺܝܓ ܗ̱ܘ̣ܳܐ
كذلك على الكأسِ الممزوجةِSimilarly, on the mixed cupDe même, pour la coupe mélangéeHokhano ’al koso da’mzigh woܡܶܢ ܚܰܡܪܳܐ ܘܡܶܢ ܡܰܝ̈ܳܐ
خمرًا وماءًOf wine and waterDe vin et d’eauMen hamro w’men mayoܘܒܰܣܪܶܟ ܘܩܰܕܶܫ
باركَ وقدَّسَHe blessed and sanctifiedIl bénit et sanctifiaW’barekh w’qadeshܘܝܰܗ̱ܒ ܠܬܰܠܡܺܝ̈ܕܰܘܗ̱ܝ ܟܰܕ ܐܳ݀ܡܰܪ
وأعطى تلاميذَه قائلًاAnd gave to His disciples sayingEt donna à Ses disciples en disantW’yab l’talmidaw kad omarܣܰܒ̣ܘ ܐܶܫ̣ܬܰܘ ܡܶܢܶܗ ܟܽܠܟܽܘܢ
خذُوا اشربُوا منه جميعُكُمTake, drink from it all of youPrenez, buvez-en tousSabou eshtaw meneh koulkhounܗܳܢܳܐ ܕܶܝܢ ܐܺܝܬܰܘܗ̱ܝ ܕܡܳܐ ܕܺܝܠܝ
