ܒܪܺܝܟ ܗ̱ܽܘ̣ ܡܳܪܝ ܝܰܠܕܳܟ ܕܚ̣ܰܕܺܝ ܠܟܽܠ

مباركٌ يا ربُّ ميلادُكَ الّذي فَرَّحَ الجميعَBlessed O Lord, Your birth that gladdened allBéni, ô Seigneur, Ta naissance qui a réjoui tousBrikhou Mor yaldokh d’hadi l’khoul

ܘܰܐܦܨܰܚ̣ ܠܥܶܠܳܝ̈ܶܐ ܘܬܰܚܬܳܝ̈ܶܐ

وأبهَجَ العُلويّينَ والسُفليّينَAnd delighted the upper and the lowerEt a illuminé les supérieurs et les inférieursWafsah l’eloyé w’tahtoyé

ܬܶܫܒܽܘܚܬܳܐ ܒܪܰܘܡܳܐ ܠܰܐܠܳܗܳܐ

ألمجدُ للهِ في العلىGlory to God in the highestGloire à Dieu au plus haut des cieuxTeshbouhto b’rawmo l’Aloho

ܘܥܰܠ ܐܰܪܥܳܐ ܫܠܳܡܳܐ ܕܠܰܝܬ ܗ̱ܘ̣ܳܐ ܒܳܗ̇

وعلى الأرضِ السلامُ الّذي لم يكُنْ فيهاAnd on earth peace, which was not in itEt sur la terre, la paix, qui n’était pas en elleW’al ar’o shlomo d’layt wo boh

ܘܣܰܒܪܳܐ ܘܒܽܘܝܳܐܳܐ ܠܐ̱ܢܳܫܽܘܬܳܐ

والرجاءُ والتعزيةُ للبشريّةAnd hope and consolation to humanityEt l’espoir et la consolation pour l’humanitéW’sabro w’bouyo’o l’noshouto

ܕܶܐܬܺܝܠ̣ܶܕ ܡܚܰܪܰܪ ܒܶܪ̈ܝܳܬܳܐ

إذ قد وُلِدَ محرِّرُ البراياFor there is born a liberator of the creaturesCar il est né un libérateur des créaturesD’etiled mharar beryoto

ܒܪܺܝܟ ܕܰܒܡܽܘܟܳܟܶܗ ܦ̣ܪܰܩ ܨܰܠܡܶܗ
