ܥܰܠ ܥܶܛܪܳܐ ܕܒܶܣ̈ܡܶܐ ܛܳܒ̈ܶܐ

على عطرِ البخورِ العذبUpon the fragrance of sweet incenseSur le parfum de l’encens suave’Al ’etro d’besmé tobé

ܘܪܺܝܚܶܗ ܕܡܽܘܪܽܘܢ ܒܰܣܺܝܡܳܐ

ورائحةِ الميرونِ العاطرةand the scent of the fragrant myronet sur l’odeur du myron odorantW’riheh d’mouroun basimo

ܢܶܗ̣ܘܶܐ ܡܳܪܰܢ ܕܽܘܟܪܳܢܳܐ

فليكُنْ يا ربُّ التذكارlet there be remembrance, O our Lordqu’il y ait mémoire, ô notre SeigneurNehwé Moran doukhrono

ܠܥܰܢܺܝ̈ܕܶܐ ܡܗܰܝ̈ܡܢܶܐ

للمنتقلين المؤمنينfor the faithful departedpour les fidèles défuntsL’anidé mhaymné

ܐܰܝܠܶܝܢ ܕܰܒܗܰܝܡܳܢܽܘܬܳܐ

الّذين بإيمانٍthose who in faithceux qui, dans la foiAylén da’b’haymonouto

ܐܶܟ̣ܰܠܘ ܦܰܓܪܳܟ ܩܰܕܺܝܫܳܐ

أكلُوا جسدَكَ المقدَّسate your holy bodyont mangé ton corps saintEkhalou faghrokh qadisho

ܘܶܐܫ̣ܬܺܝܘ ܠܰܕܡܳܟ ܙܰܟܳܝܳܐ

وشرِبُوا دمَكَ الطاهرand drank your pure bloodet ont bu ton sang purW’eshtiw la’dmokh zakoyo

ܘܰܫܟ̣ܶܒܘ ܥܰܠ ܣܰܒܪܳܟ

ورقدُوا على رجائِكَand fell asleep in your hopeet se sont endormis dans ton espéranceWa’shkhebou ’al sabrokh

ܫܟ̣ܶܒܘ ܟܺܐܢ̈ܶܐ ܒܗܰܝܡܳܢܽܘܬܳܐ

رقدَ الأبرار بإيمانٍThe just fell asleep in faithLes justes se sont endormis dans la foiShkhebou kiné b’haymonouto

ܥܰܠ ܣܰܒܪܳܐ ܗܰܘ̇ ܕܰܩܝܳܡܬܳܐ

على رجاءِ القيامةin that hope of the resurrectiondans cette espérance de la résurrection’Al sabro haw da’qyomto

ܘܚܳܝ̇ܪܺܝܢ ܠܰܡܫܺܝܚܳܐ ܕܢܺܐܬ̣ܶܐ

وهم ينتظرُون المسيحَ ليأتيَand they wait for Christ to comeet ils attendent la venue du ChristW’hoyrin la’Mshiho d’nité

ܘܢܶܬ̣ܶܠ ܠܗܽܘܢ ܐܰܓܪܳܐ

ويعطيَهم الأجرand to give them their rewardet qu’il leur donne leur récompenseW’netel lhoun agro

ܡܶܕܶܡ ܕܥܰܝܢܳܐ ܠܳܐ ܚ̣ܙܳܬܶܗ

ما لم ترَهُ العينُthat which the eye has not seence que l’œil n’a pas vuMedem d’ayno lo hzoteh

ܘܶܐܕܢܳܐ ܕܒܶܣܪܳܐ ܠܳܐ ܫܡܰܥ̣ܬܶܗ

وأذنُ الجسدِ لم تسمَعْهُand the ear of flesh has not heardet que l’oreille de chair n’a pas entenduW’edno d’besro lo shma’teh

ܘܥܰܠ ܠܶܒܳܐ ܕܐ̱ܢܳܫܳܐ ܠܳܐ ܣܠ̣ܶܩ

وعلى قلبِ الإنسان لم يخطُرْand has not risen upon the heart of manet qui n’est pas monté au cœur de l’hommeW’al lebo d’nosho lo sleq

ܛܽܘܒܳܐ ܕܫܳܘܶܝ̇ܢ ܠܶܗ

الطوبى الّتي يستحقُّونهاthe blessedness of which they are worthyla béatitude dont ils sont dignesToubo d’showén leh

ܫܡܰܥ̣ܢܳܝܗ̱ܝ ܠܰܒܪܳܐ ܟܰܕ ܐ݀ܳܡܰܪ

سَمِعْنا الابنَ وهو يقولُWe have heard the Son as he saysNous avons entendu le Fils qui ditShma’noy la’Bro kad omar

ܕܰܒܫܳܥܬܳܐ ܕܫܳܡ̇ܥܺܝܢ ܡܺܝ̈ܬܶܐ

أنّه في الساعةِ الّتي يسمعُ فيها الأمواتُthat in the hour when the dead hearqu’à l’heure où les morts entendrontDa’b’sho’to d’shom’in mité

ܩܳܠܶܗ ܚܰܝܳܐ ܕܰܐܠܳܗܳܐ

الصوتَ الحيّ، صوتَ اللهthe living voice of Godla voix vivante de DieuQoleh hayo da’Aloho

ܩܳܝ̇ܡܺܝܢ ܕܠܳܐ ܚܒܳܠܳܐ

يقومُونَ بلا فسادٍthey will rise without corruptionils se lèveront sans corruptionQoymin d’lo hbolo

ܐܰܝܠܶܝܢ ܕܰܥܒ̣ܰܕܘ ܛܳܒ̈ܳܬܳܐ

الّذين عمِلُوا الصالحَاتthose who have done good deedsceux qui ont fait le bienAylén da’badou toboto

ܠܰܩܝܳܡܬܳܐ ܕܚܰܝ̈ܶܐ ܚܰܕ̈ܬܶܐ

إلى قيامةِ الحياةِ الجديدةto the resurrection of new lifepour la résurrection de la vie nouvelleLa’qyomto d’hayé hadté

ܘܰܐܝܠܶܝܢ ܕܰܥܒ̣ܰܕܘ ܒܺܝ̈ܫܳܬܳܐ

والّذين عمِلُوا السيّئاتand those who have done evil deedset ceux qui ont fait le malWa’aylén da’badou bishoto

ܠܰܩܝܳܡܬܳܐ ܕܕܺܝܢܳܐ

إلى قيامةِ الدينونةto the resurrection of judgementpour la résurrection du jugementLa’qyomto d’dino

ܥܰܦ̣ܺܝ ܐܺܝܣܚܳܩ ܠܰܐܒܪܳܗܳܡ

إسحقُ كفَّنَ إبراهيمَIsaac shrouded AbrahamIsaac a enseveli Abraham’Afi Ishoq l’Abrohom

ܟܰܕ ܒܳ݀ܟܶܐ ܘܥܰܝܺܝܩܳܐ ܠܶܗ

وهو باكٍ وحزينٌweeping and grieveden pleurant et affligéKad bokhé w’ayiqo leh

ܒܗܳܝ̇ ܕܰܟܣܶܐ ܗ̱ܘ̣ܳܐ ܢܽܘܚܳܡܳܐ

لأنّ الانبعاثَ كان محتجبًاbecause the resurrection was still hiddenparce que la résurrection était encore cachéeB’hoy da’khsé wo nouhomo

ܘܠܳܐ ܐ̱ܢܳܫ ܝܳ݀ܕܰܥ ܠܶܗ

ܐܰܠܳܗܳܐ ܓܠ̣ܳܐ ܠܶܗ ܠܡܽܘܫܶܐ

اللهُ أوحاه لموسىGod revealed it to MosesDieu l’a révélée à MoïseAloho glo leh l’Moushé

ܘܡܰܠ̣ܶܠ ܥܰܡܶܗ ܘܶܐܡ̣ܰܪ ܠܶܗ

فتكلَّمَ معه وقالَ لهand he spoke with him and said to himil a parlé avec lui et lui a ditW’malel ’ameh w’emar leh

ܕܚ̈ܰܐܝܺܝܢ ܐܶܢܽܘܢ ܠܰܐܠܳܗܳܐ

من رأى سفينةً جديدةًWho has seen a new shipQui a vu un navire nouveauManou hzo elfo hdato

ܕܰܛܥܺܝܢܳܐ ܥܽܘܬܪܳܐ ܪܰܒܳܐ

حاملةً غنًى عظيمًاladen with great richeschargé de grandes richessesDa’t’ino ’outro rabo

ܘܗܰܠܟܰܬ̣݀ ܒܝܰܡܳܐ ܕܡܰܚܫܽܘ̈ܠܶܐ

قد سارَتْ في بحرِ العواصفthat sailed the sea of tempestsqui a traversé la mer des tempêtesW’halkhat b’yamo d’mahshoulé

ܘܥܽܘܬܪܳܗ̇ ܐܶܬܝ̣ܰܬܰܪ

وغناها قد فاضَand whose riches only increasedet dont les richesses ont augmentéW’outroh etyatar

ܡܰܪܝܰܡ ܗ̣ܺܝ ܐܺܝܬܶܝܗ̇ ܐܶܠܦܳܐ

مريمُ هي السفينةMary is that shipMarie est ce navireMaryam hi itéh elfo

ܘܰܡܫܺܝܚܳܐ ܥܽܘܬܪܳܐ ܒܓܰܘܳܗ̇

والمسيحُ هو الغنى في داخلهاand Christ is the treasure within heret le Christ est la richesse en son seinWa’Mshiho ’outro b’gawoh

إلى القضاءِ دخلتُم أيُّها الطوباويُّونYou entered into judgement, O blessed onesVous êtes entrés en jugement, ô bienheureuxL’dino ’altoun touboné

ܘܰܠܕܰܝ̈ܳܢܶܐ ܐܰܒܗ̣ܶܬܬܽܘܢ

والحكّامَ أخزَيْتُمand you put the judges to shameet vous avez couvert les juges de honteWa’l’dayoné abhettoun

ܘܰܠܣܳܛܳܢܳܐ ܫܰܦ̣ܶܠܬܽܘܢ

والشيطانَ ذلَّلْتُمand you brought Satan lowet vous avez abaissé SatanWa’l’Sotono shafeltoun

ܘܰܠܒܺܝܫܳܐ ܙܟܰܝ̣ܬܽܘܢ

والشرّيرَ غلبْتُمand you overcame the Evil Oneet vous avez vaincu le MalinWa’l’bisho zkaytoun

ܘܰܐܝܟ ܕܰܗܒܳܐ ܡܶܢ ܓܰܘ ܟܽܘܪܳܐ

وكالذهبِ من داخلِ النارand like gold out of the furnaceet comme l’or au sortir de la fournaiseWa’akh dahbo men gaw kouro

ܢܦ̣ܰܩܬܽܘܢ ܡܶܢ ܐܽܘܠܨ̈ܳܢܰܝܟܽܘܢ

خرجْتُم من مضايقِكُمyou came forth from your afflictionsvous êtes sortis de vos épreuvesNfaqtoun men oulsonaykhoun

ܘܗܳܐ ܢܳܨ̇ܚܺܝܢ ܕܽܘܟܪ̈ܳܢܰܝܟܽܘܢ

وها إنّ تذكاراتِكُم تتشرّفُand behold, your memorials shine in gloryet voici, vos mémoires resplendissentW’ho noshin doukhronaykhoun

ܒܰܫܡܰܝ̈ܳܐ ܘܒܰܐܪܥܳܐ

في السماواتِ وعلى الأرضin heaven and on earthau ciel et sur la terreBa’shmayo w’bar’o

ܕܟܺܝܪܺܝܢ ܢܒܺܝ̈ܶܐ ܘܰܫܠܺܝ̈ܚܶܐ

فليُذكرِ الأنبياءُ والرسلُRemembered be the prophets and the apostlesQue soient rappelés les prophètes et les apôtresDkhirin nbiyé wa’shlihé

ܕܰܐܟ̣ܪܶܙܘ ܩܽܘܫܬܳܐ ܒܰܒܪܺܝܬܳܐ

الّذين بشّرُوا بالحقِّ في الخليقةwho proclaimed the truth throughout creationqui ont annoncé la vérité dans la créationD’akrezou qoushto ba’brito

ܕܟܺܝܪܺܝܢ ܣܳܗ̈ܕܶܐ ܩܰܕܺܝ̈ܫܶܐ

فليُذكرِ الشهداءُ القدّيسونRemembered be the holy martyrsQue soient rappelés les saints martyrsDkhirin sohdé qadishé

ܕܰܢܨܰܚ̣ܘ ܘܶܐܬܟ̣ܰܠܰܠܘ

الّذين تشرّفُوا وتكلَّلُواwho triumphed and were crownedqui ont triomphé et ont été couronnésDa’nsahou w’etkalalou

ܕܟܺܝܪܳܐ ܥܺܕ̄ܬܳܐ ܥܰܡ ܝܰܠܕܶܝ̈ܗ̇

فلتُذكرِ البيعةُ مع أولادهاRemembered be the Church with her childrenQue soit rappelée l’Église avec ses enfantsDkhiro ’Edto ’am yaldéh

ܘܡܰܪܝܰܡ ܝܳܠܕܰܬ ܐܰܠܳܗܳܐ
